| Remote Control Helicopters! Have you ever had one of these? | | I guess I love to experiment with trying something new from time to time and so I went through a phase of being interested in Remote Control helicopters! Most people would probably think that this is an expensive hobby to get involved with and it can be if you go for a top of the range Remote Control helicopter! However, this did not put me off and I purchased a tiny helicopter that sat comfortably in the palm of my hand! It didn't cost much and I really started to have some fun with it. Initially I started flying it inside my flat but I kept on crashing it into the walls, it didn't break though surprisingly, it was made of rubber foam, perhaps you've seen them! Anyway, it was meant for indoor flying but foolishly I took it to my local park, the wind caught it and I lost it in mid air, it was taken by the wind faster than I could run and that was that! I did have fun with it though and I may return to this hobby once more but I have given it up for a short spell. So, have you ever had one of these models? | | Remote Control Planes and Helicopters | | I would like to try out remote control helicopters and planes as a hobby. Does any one here already have such hobbies? I would also like to try out RC Nitro Cars. I'm an absolute beginner in this area so i would like to get some advice from some one who is experienced at this. | Does your spouse "steal" your computer at night? | | My husband is researching his family tree and keeps taking my internet at nite. He's also into remote control helicopters. We still have dial-up, if we had DSL this wouldn't be a problem. I keep telling him I want DSL. I like to check my emails before going to bed so I don't have so many the next day. I do a lot of PTC/PTR sites so that's why I get so many. He tells me I have all day(I stay at home), so I shouldn't say anything pretty much when he gets on-line. He just stayed on so late last nite, by the time he was done, I was too tired to check my e-mail and was ready for bed, ya know?! | |

| Have You Ever Thought Of Buying A Universal Remote Control? | | Personally, I hate remote control devices. We have them for everything, don't we? From controlling our televisions, VCRs (yes, we still have one lol), DVD players, hi-fi units. They are everywhere. From a clutter-free perspective I find the idea of having a Universal Remote Control very appealing...but do they work? I also find they are rather expensive too. | |

It is not really a good quality remote control car but after i modify it. It seems not bad for me. Another remote car i have is Malaysian product which is Nikkon jeep.
