Do your kids watch both shows and if so which one do they like more? Which one do you like more? I like Dora better, I know they came up with Diego for boys but we like Dora better anyway. | |

| Kids TV programmes | | Our 3 year old loves to watch Kids TV but only if they do some Spanish in them. He loves Go Diego Go, Dora the Explorer and the latest one he loves is Handy Manny. Does anybody know any other kids programmes out there that would help him with his Spanish. Its frightening how much Spanish he has learn't from these programmes. It just shows that kids do take in what is on the TV. | |
| | Fred Savage, Rosie Perez..cartoons? | | So Fred Savage was my favorite actor growing up, I loved the show The wonder years. Now he does the voice of a blue octopus on the kids tv show Oswald. And Rosie Perez..remember her? The movie I most remember her from was Untamed heart. Now she does the voice of Click the camera on Go Diego GO.
So is there actually good money in this, or do you think they dont really get offered much anymore so it's better than nothing? | |

| Which child TV show can you not stand? | | Where did the days go when I was Sesame Street, and the Flintstones, And other TV babysitters? I turn on the TV to let my daughter and sister sit and watch it while I get some work done and I just hear the annoying voices of these TV characters.

| | Educational Programing | | What are the television shows that you let your child watch without feeling guilt because they have a good educational value?For me, I let my son watch a lot of Noggin which calls itself "Preschool on TV." My son really enjoys Yo Gabba Gabba which I think has helped to teach him good manners. He remembers the songs from it and will sing them when he is doing tasks in the house.
He also really likes Dora the Explorer and also Go Diego Go. I like both of these because they help him to get a small grip on Spanish. We live in an area where there are a majority of Hispanic students at their school and it is good for him to have a start on the language when he starts school. The school actually does teach Spanish during the primary years as well.Of course, I also let him watch some junk, but mostly we stick to the educational channels. I'm just very interested in knowing what other educational programs other parents like. | |

| | most watched cartoons in your house | | specially if there are kids in the house the television is mostly tuned on cartoons. whether it is the local channels, cable channels or dvd. i can say that POCOYO and tom and jerry is number one here at home. paw paw as what my son calls BLUES CLUES, is up also on the list. GO DIEGO GO. my son also watch barney when i am not around.... sorry but barney annoys me. i can not stand watching him. cars and monster inc are on the list as well. toy story too. | |

| Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network? | | I'm a more Nickelodeon fan than Cartoon Network. I only watch Cartoon Network if the show is Tom and Jerry. HAHAHA! Its my favorite since I was like 10 years old.:)
For Nickelodeon... I watch almost all there shows. But top 5 fave is The Backyardigans, Hi5, Zoey, Dora The Explorer and Go Diego Go... I'm a kid at heart! haha..DO you still watch Cartoons or kids show?

| | mommies - I know most of you have been here... | | My daughter's birthday is coming up. She's really like blue's clues, dora the explorer and Go diego go. I want to incoporate characters for a party... but I'm stumped lol what do you think? Has this happened to you? I don't know which she likes more! have you ever just blended characters together for your kid's birthday? If it was up to me, she'd have a tinkerbell party but the party is not for me it's for her LOL.:) You moms always have great ideas! | |
