Tuna and Shells Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces shell macaroni
1/3 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup shredded cheese
1 large can tuna, drained
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
DIRECTIONS:
Cook macaroni according to package
directions; drain. In bowl blend
together soup, milk, mayonnaise and
mustard. Stir in cheese and tuna.
Gently fold in cooked macaroni. Turn
into a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Combine
crumbs, melted butter; sprinkle on top
of casserole. Bake uncovered at 350
degrees until heated, 45-50 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
