Teriyaki Marinade
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup prepared teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, combine all of the
ingredients and mix well. Marinate
meat for at least 6 to 8 hours, or
overnight, in a resealable plastic
bag. Turn occasionally.
*Use on pork, beef or chicken
