Spinach Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound fresh spinach, washed
and torn into bite size pieces
2 cups sliced mushrooms
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked,
and crumbled
1 red onion, thinly sliced
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 tomato, cut in wedges,
for garnish
Directions:
Place spinach in salad bowl; top
with mushrooms, onion, eggs, bacon
and tomato wedges.
Serve with your favorite honey
mustard dressing, or see recipes
below.

Honey Mustard Dressing
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Gulden’s®
Spicy Brown Mustard
DIRECTIONS:
In a large serving bowl combine
oil and honey until well blended.
Whisk in vinegar and Gulden’s,
until smooth.

Honey Mustard Dressing 2
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups honey
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Dijon-style,
prepared mustard
DIRECTIONS:
In a large jar with a tight fitting
lid, combine the vegetable oil, honey,
lemon juice and mustard. Cover and
shake until thoroughly combined.
Refrigerate until chilled and shake
before serving.
Makes 4 cups.
