Spinach Dip
INGREDIENTS:
1 (9 to 11-ounce) package,
frozen spinach
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS:
Cook spinach according to package
directions. Drain thoroughly. Place
all ingredients in blender and
process until smooth. Chill several
hours before serving with vegetables
or chips.
For a milder dip, mix in a little
cottage cheese before serving.
Yield: 1 2/3 cups.
