Beef and Noodles
INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 pounds stew beef
1 can French onion soup
1 can diced tomatoes (15-oz)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 to 6 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients and cook
on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Serve
beef over hot, buttered noodles.
YIELD: 4 to 6 servings
*Substitute can of beef broth for
onion soup if desired.
