Hot Crabmeat Appetizer
INGREDIENTS:
1 8-ounce package Philadelphia
Brand Cream Cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup flaked crabmeat
(7-1/2 ounce can)
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon cream-style horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
DIRECTIONS:
Combine softened cream cheese, crabmeat,
onion, milk, horseradish and seasoning,
mixing until well blended. Spoon into
9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with almonds.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers or raw veggies.
Makes about 2 cups.
