INGREDIENTS:
3 packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs 
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Cook broccoli as directed on package.
Drain and mix with remaining ingredients.
Put in casserole dish and bake at 350 
degrees for 30 minutes.

Broccoli Casserole 2

INGREDIENTS:
2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 egg
Ritz crackers

DIRECTIONS:
Cook broccoli as directed on package.
Drain and mix with remaining ingredients,
except crackers. Put in a casserole dish
and top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
Bake for 1 hour at 350-degrees.
