Bacon-wrapped Cheese Dogs
INGREDIENTS:
Hot dogs
Bacon, uncooked
Cheddar or American cheese,
(sliced into long strips)
DIRECTIONS:
Slice into hotdog being careful not to
cut all the way through. Place cheese
into opening and wrap with bacon. Secure
with toothpicks. Bake at 375 for about 20
minutes or until bacon is browned.
Serve with mustard.
Bonus: You'll get tasty puddles of hotdog
and bacon-flavored melted cheese in the pan.
These are a treat in themselves!
*If using thick-stlye bacon, partially cook;
when cool enough to handle proceed with
recipe as directed.
