Kayla's ChocoChip Cookies
Ingredients:

cups
all-purpose flour

teaspoon baking soda
|

teaspoon salt
|

|
cup
(2 sticks) butter, softened
|
3/4
|
cup
white sugar
|
3/4
|
cup
packed brown sugar
|
1
|
teaspoon real vanilla extract
|
2
|
eggs
|
2 1/2
|
cups
(15 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
|
|
Directions:
Combine
flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
Beat
butter, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl.
Add
eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition;
gradually
beat in flour mixture.
Stir
in chocolate chips.
Drop
by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake
in pre-heated 375 degree farenheit oven for 9 to 11 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let
stand for two minutes;
remove
to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes 4 or 5 dozen delicious cookies depending on whether Papa is eating them as they come out
of the oven...
